If you haven’t added any email accounts to Outlook yet, open Outlook on your computer, type the email address you want to add in the “Suggested accounts” box, and then click the “Continue” button:

 

On the next page, select “IMAP“:

 

On the page that opens, fill in the fields as follows:

Password: password for the email account to be added

IMAP Incoming server: mail.yourdomain.com (replace “yourdomain.com” with your domain name)

Secure connection type: SSL/TLS

SMTP username: email address to be added

SMTP password: password for the email account to be added

SMTP Outgoing server: mail.yourdomain.com (replace “yourdomain.com” with your domain name)

Secure connection type: SSL/TLS

Once the fields are filled in, click the “Continue” button:

 

On the next page, also click the “Continue” button:

 

 

If the email account has already been added to Outlook and you want to change its settings, open Outlook and click the gear icon in the top right corner of the program:

 

On the next page, click the “Manage” button next to the email account whose settings you want to change:

 

Then click the “Repair” button:
